• Built and maintained bespoke commercial software for external clients while helping move development from predominantly Blazor applications and manual workflows towards a React, TypeScript and ASP.NET Core stack with PostgreSQL, Docker, automated testing and CI/CD
• Led the majority of development of an online learning and course-management platform for the food-safety industry using Blazor, building course administration, Stripe payments, attendance workflows, automated emails and PDF certificate generation
• Integrated AWS S3 for generated certificates, allowing certificates to be emailed to participants and retained for authenticated download through the application
• Developed core functionality for a bespoke Blazor and PostgreSQL business-management system for a precision-engineering company, including CRM, quotation and job-management workflows, business logic, PDF generation and automated emails
• Developed a bespoke business management system for an IT service provider, providing CRM, quote, job and asset tracking as well as a customer portal for their clients
• Inherited an unfamiliar project from another team and worked from its existing code and documentation to reproduce the hosting environment, diagnose a database formatting issue, and restore the application and client data to a working deployed state

Recent project: Bespoke file cloud storage module

• Built a substantial file-storage module for an existing personal-assistant application for a finance-sector client using React, TypeScript, ASP.NET Core, PostgreSQL/EF Core and AWS S3
• Implemented file and folder management, multi-file uploads, downloads, search and tagging, soft deletion and recovery, protected content, two-factor authentication and audit logging
• Used presigned URLs for direct S3 uploads and downloads, with object storage abstracted behind an IStorageService
• Added automated testing across the stack with xUnit and integration tests, Vitest, React Testing Library, MSW and Playwright
• Containerised the application with Docker and set up GitHub Actions and Render for CI/CD and deployment

• Joined through a T-Level industry placement, contributing to commercial client software before progressing into a Level 4 Software Developer apprenticeship
• Developed, deployed and maintained functionality for a Blazor-based CSR platform, including changes driven by client feedback
• Carried out development and R&D for a multi-tenant construction-management platform, initially using Blazor and later exploring a redesigned architecture with a React frontend and separate ASP.NET Core backend
